The THANG: We went around the circle taking turns "Qing" As we spelled out FiA name and did it's designated exercises.  Anyone can Q! Every couple names we stopped and did what I called a "One Song Workout"....we didn't quite get all the way around the circle, nor did we complete all 4 songs...but boy did we sweat!

We spelled out H-O-M-E G-I-R-L, C-A-M-O, and P-R-E-A-C-H....and stopped for our first song.

 It's a good thing we didn't get to The Force because we would have had to start with Burpees and my goodness we were certainly ready for a cool down at this time! (Not that we couldn't have pushed through it, RIGHT LADIES?!)

Cool Down:

Corpse pose and continue to breathe as you relax deeper and deeper into the ground. Breathe as long as needed. Move into Relaxed Twist....We ran out of time!
