10 bicep curls 

5 squats

10 tricep kickbacks 

5 squats 

10 shoulder press

5 squats 

10 back row

5 squats 

10 shoulder raises

10 push ups or laying fly

1 min rest

Repeat and take a lap

Repeat and 2 minute rest

Repeat and take a lap

Cool down: garland pose, bend and hang with head and arms relaxed, downward dog to pigeon pose, thread the needle, child’s pose, corpse pose
