The Thang: It was seriously hot today! My car's thermometer said 100°! We met up at the park under a shady tree and there was a breeze that helped a lot. We started with some yoga on the mat: cat/cow, thread-the-needle, child's pose, low lunge into a higher lunge. We started our workout after with 1 minute of exercises with 20 second rest in between. We completed 2 sets. The exercises were:

  • bicep curls into shoulder press
  • Bulgarian split squats (left side)
  • Bulgarian split squats (right side)
  • goddess dips
  • kneeling butt lift with punches
  • curtsy lunges (alternating)
  • squat with side kicks (alternating)
  • plank
We walked a lap around the park in between our sets. We also walked another lap around the park as our cool down. Despite the heat, the ladies stuck it out with me, they were amazing! Thank you!
