The Thang: It was seriously hot today! My car's thermometer said 100°! We met up at the park under a shady tree and there was a breeze that helped a lot. We started with some yoga on the mat: cat/cow, thread-the-needle, child's pose, low lunge into a higher lunge. We started our workout after with 1 minute of exercises with 20 second rest in between. We completed 2 sets. The exercises were:
- bicep curls into shoulder press
- Bulgarian split squats (left side)
- Bulgarian split squats (right side)
- goddess dips
- kneeling butt lift with punches
- curtsy lunges (alternating)
- squat with side kicks (alternating)
- plank
