The Thang: Today was all about stations and sprints. We did 3 sets of 10 stations, 10 exercises for 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off. In between each station, we ran "Last Woman Up" where the ladies are in a line and start either walking or jogging (we power walked) and the first lady in line would yell out "Last Woman Up!" and the last woman in line will run to the front. We continued that around the park and back to where our stations were. The exercises for stations we did were: 

  • calf raises
  • mountain climbers
  • bridge with lat pullovers
  • goblet squats
  • butt kicks
  • Spider-mans
  • tricep kickbacks
  • jumping jacks
  • bicep curls to shoulder rotators
  • crab cakes
It was a beautiful, sunny day and we completed our workout with some yoga. We did child's pose, cat cow, hip clocks, 90/90 switches, and a downdog variation that helps to strengthen knees. Thanks for joining me today ladies!
