Laying on mat - skull crushers, chest presses, chest flies, curls and around the worlds
1 minute break
Laying on mat with legs up repeat all exercises 15 reps
1 minute break
Sitting cross leg repeat all exercises 15 reps
Yoga - sitting with hands on knees with relaxing breaths
Arm stretches across body (each side)
Praying hands behind back
Table position for cat/cow
Lying with knees to chest
Extend one leg up and the other out with strap - stretch both legs
Corpse pose
COT and prayer
