The Thang:

Warm up: 

- Leg Stretches, Good mornings, arm swings

- Side shuffle to first light pole, switch

- Butt kickers back to first light pole, jog back

Everyone grabs two sticks out of the box. Each stick has an exercise on it. Each song requires two exercises, so each PAX essentially chose their own tabata. 

Song 1: Plank Jacks, Froggers

Song 2: Brooke Burkes, Mountain Climbers

Song 3: Indian Style LBC's, Glute Bridges

Song 4: Overhead Press, Narrow Squats

Song 5: Boy Bands, Peter Parkers

Song 6: Hillbillies, Curtsy Lunges

Song 7: 

Walk to last light pole and back
