THE THANG:

50/50 Circuit

Warm up – Hoola Hoop Race

 

Workout – 50/50 Circuit and Yoga…Repeat each circuit 2x, no rest between exercises.

Circuit #1: (Repeat 2x)

·         50 Jumping Jacks

·         10 push ups

·         20 Squats

·         20 Bicycle Crunches

YOGA:

v  Child’s Pose

v  Downward/Upward Dog

v  Pigeon Pose (both legs)

v  Thread the Needle

v  Standing Side Stretch (both sides)

v  Back Bend

v  Forward Fold

Circuit #2: (Repeat 2x)

·         50 High Knees

·         15 Bicep Curls with weights

·         20 Boy Band Squats

·         15 Triceps Push Backs with weights

YOGA:

v  Seated Forward Fold

v  Butterfly Stretch

v  Seated Twist (both sides)

v  Figure Four Stretch (both sides)

v  Relaxed Twist

Circuit #3: (Repeat 2x)

·         50 Mountain Climbers

·         15 Forward Lunges

·         20 Plank Knee Crosses (elbow to knee…switching as you go)

·         15 Reverse Lunges

YOGA:

v  Standing legs wide stance, inhale arms up….exhale and fold over….Hang like a Ragdoll…Repeat

v  Still in wide stance stretch left, center, and right

v  Corpse pose.  Cause we needed it.
