Warmup: “Boogie Shoes” - butt kickers, cross punches,  seal claps

Each exercise for 10 count for the duration of the song

First:  Abs “Dance Monkey” - row the boat, LBCs and swimmers

Run to the far corner of the park

Second: Legs to “September” - standing fire hydrants,  curtsy lunges, squats

Run to the CSS Neuse

Third: Arms to “Firework” - Armageddon 

Run to the parking lot across from the farmers market 

Fourth: Legs to “Let’s Groove Tonight” - squats, calf raises, step up and down

Run back to the AO

Fifth: Abs to “Bring Sally Up” bridge 

Challenge:  solo cup stack.  I am no longer undefeated! 😂
