Q: The Force/Warrior

PAX: Green Thumb, Skyline, Mama Bear, Captain Camo, Chaser, Point Break, Little Mitten

The Thang: We walked around The Woodshed and stopped at each corner and did an exercise. We did 30 reps of each exercise at each corner and walked about 4-5 laps, which is about 1 mile. The exercises at the corners were:

  • 30 jumping jacks
  • 30 squats
  • 30 pressbacks
  • 30 (or 60 depending on how you count) raggedy Anns
I did end up losing count at some point, but I believe we completed at least 120 reps of each exercise and walked a little over a mile around Tanglewood. Then we finished with COT, announcements and pic. Thanks ladies!
