The Thang: We started off with 2 rounds of 11s, where we start at one light pole with push-ups then sprint to the next light pole, there we did boy bands. One side was 1 push-up, the other side was 10 boy bands and we kept alternating like that so that our reps always equaled 11. After the first round, we changed the exercises to Russian twists and jumping jacks. Again, we did 1 Russian twist at the first light pole, sprinted to the 2nd light pole and did 10 jumping jacks, then walked back to do 2 Russian twists and so on.
After our 2 rounds of 11s, we came to the mat to do some yoga. We started in child's pose (balasana), then pigeon pose on each side (eka pada rajakapostasana). Then we moved into 90/90 switches (butt creepers), forward lunge (banarasana), down dog hip circles (adho mukha svansana). We finished with some belly turning twists (jathara parivrtti) and corpse pose (savasana). Then we completed our workout with prayer, COT, and our pic. Thanks for joining me this morning ladies!
