The Thang:

Warm up - dance it out—-neck rolls, shoulder rolls, arm circles, cherry pickers, calf raises 

Circuit.     No breaks between each exercise and a 1 min break after each round.  4 rounds 

     1 min squats

     1 min lateral raises

     1 min push ups

     1 min bridge

     1 min flutter kicks

Stretch

     downward dog with calf raises 

     table top cat cow

     diamond shape back rolls

     figure 4 each leg

     corpse pose

COT and prayer
