A Little Bit of Errythang!!!

Q: Yachty What a beautiful afternoon to work out with a wonderful group of ladies. Our recent FNG’s showed up, Which is always exciting to see. Our new ladies returning again and again to make themselves better. Of course we started with the warm-o-rama. We definitely couldn’t leave that out because we were shredding our legs this evening!!! Everything except for the start and ending was done for 45 seconds with a 20 second break. Concentration was on our inner thighs, glutes, abs, but really our whole body. Here’s the skinny: Opening: Curtsy lunge pulses, sumo squats, and regular squats to Adele’s “Oh God” 3:45. LEGS AND GLUTES: 30 second break. Sumo squats with weights. Squats with soccer kicks, Sumo pulses, Inner thigh leg lifts and laying small circles. Modifications were provided. WHOLE BODY exercise: With weights, Squat down, bicep curl into a shoulder press and repeat. CORE: Reverse chops right, reverse chops left, Core stablilizers, Oblique bends, standing right and left lunge crunches. WHOLE BODY: Glute bridges with dumbbell raises. Closing: Curtsy lunge pulses, sumo squats, and regular squats to Adele’s “Oh God” 3:45. COT and prayer by Vanilla. All of us made sure to include Flossy in our prayers as she is scheduled for her eye surgery this Friday. She won’t be with us for a while due to recovery, but we will sure miss her!!
