The Thang: Today was all about counting down from 5-4-3-2-1. For our first 5 minutes segment, we did:

  • tricep kickbacks (weights optional)
  • goblet squats
  • bicep curls
  • Russian twists
  • run to the 2nd light pole and back 

Each exercise was for 1 minute each with no breaks in between exercises (but a 45 second rest between sets). For our 4 minute set, we did: 

  • mountain climbers
  • right side toe taps
  • left side toe taps 
  • run to the 2nd light pole and back

3 minute set:

  • shoulder press
  • alternating walking lunges
  • run to the 2nd light pole and back

2 minute set:

  • bent over rows
  • run to the 2nd light pole and back

1 minute:

  • walk to the 2nd light pole and back
We repeated all 5 sets two times total. It was a chilly morning, but the ladies stuck it out with me and did a phenomenal job. Thank you!
