The Thang:
Warm up and stretches
Rock, Paper, Scissors chase- play Rock Paper Scissors with a partner. The winner chases the looser and tries to tag them before the cross the line behind them.
Sprint the diagonals- jog in two lines around the rectangle and sprint when you get to the diagonals (without running into each other).
Work and Switch- 20 Step ups/ 20 Dips. Do the exercise then run to the other station to do the other one switching with your partner. 2 reps
Strength and stretching on the mats, lap around the playground, and a little balance work to finish off the night. Smacking mosquitos in February!
