Lower Body Burn!!

Warm-o-rama. We did stationary stretches then did high knee skips. While we were doing those a group of girls noticed us. They actually stopped playing on the playground and joined us. They were so cute and the youngest looked about 3 or 4. They even came back with us and started the Beatdown: Right Left curtsy lunge pulses and reg. squat pulses to “Oh My God” Whole song (Rest). Alternating Back lunges pulses (count 1,2,3,4) total of #25 each leg. ROUND 2: DO NOT ALTERNATE: Do a total of 10 on each leg. Goblet Squats with weight #25. Dumbell swings #25 (We did switch up on the second round and did 35 bicep curls. Glute Bridge Marches # 40. LBC’s #40. Donkey kicks #20 on each side. Do right then left, do not alternate. Big girl sit ups #10 . 10 RDL’s with or without weights. Do right then left, do not alternate. Calf raises (dumbells to the side) #20. ROUND 2: PUT WEIGHTS ON YOUR SHOULDERS. 1 minute reg or sumo squat pulses (PAX choice). Completed 2 rounds: After 2nd round fast walk around the circumference of cement pad. Thank you to Hurricane for showing us an alternative to the RDL’s. It’s hard keeping your balance!!! Welcome to our two FNG’s. Sprinter and Flash. They are from Greenville so they may switch to Greenville FIA but will join FIA Lenoir when they can.
