  • 14 Butt Kickers

  • Lap around parking lot


The Thang

One minute per exercise with cardio to follow

L- Little Baby Crunches

O- Overhead Claps

V- V-Ups

E- Extensions (triceps)

Jog around church

H- Hillbillies

E- Elbow Plank

A- Alligator Push Up (one hand slightly in front of other, switch)

R- Reverse Crunch

T- Turkish Get Up (Use only one arm and legs to get up from laying down.)

Jog to last light pole, sprint back (x3)

C- Crockpot Squat (Lower slowly first three counts, lift on 4th count)

U- Unicycle (Flat on back, knees to chest, lift legs straight into air, flex feet, lower legs almost to ground, bring them back to chest, one rep.)

P- Peter Parker

I- Imperial Walkers (Hands behind head, bring opposite knee to opposite elbow)

D- Donkey Kicks (alternating legs)

Side Shuffle to last light pole, switching halfway, sprint back

Armageddon to Cupid Shuffle while moving
