Warmup: jacks, leg swings, scoops, arm hugs...
1 Mile walk, jog, or run down to the end of the bike trail and back to the bridge.
3 sets of building to 10
start with 2 reps of each of the 4 exercises and increase by 2 until you finish with 10 reps. Rest then start the next set of 4.
calf raises, high knees, raggedy annes, push backs
shoulder taps (in plank position), squats, hill Billys, single leg (SL) shoulder press
plank jacks, lunges, windmills, SL chest fly
Cool down stretches
