Around the World Together

AO was the BattleGround. We did the warm up while we traveled around the world i.e. the circle, to check out what each exercise was. If any PAX wasn’t quite sure how to do the exercise, the group stopped and the Q, who was Yachty, demonstrated. The beat down was to complete each exercise at the station for 1 minute. When all stations had been completed, we ran the perimeter outside of the circle. 1st station (ABS) Around the world (laying on the back), 2nd station (ABS) Slam balls. PAX can choose to slam the 10lb or 15lb, 3rd station (cardio) 2 knee drives and back kick with opposite leg, 4th station (Legs) Lunge with weights, 5th station (Legs/glutes) Goblet Squats with weight, 6th station (ABS) Leg lifts over the Dumb bells (laying on back), 6th station weighted Dumbbell calf raises, 7th station (ABS) Brooke Burkes, 8th station (ABS) Big girl sit ups with weights, 9th station (Legs/glutes) Donkey Kicks (on mat), 10th station Frog pumps (legs in diamond position laying down, do a glute bridge), 11th station (Cardio) jumping jacks. Unfortunately, we were only able to complete 1 of the 3 rounds that were planned. We only had time to do one lap of bear crawls and 1 lap of high knee skips, so that is what we did. We did our COT and Pinky Chef closed us out with a prayer. For our picture, we wanted to show that we were all in this together, so hands in everyone!!!
