The Thang: Would You Rather…?

 Warm Up:

Walk around the parking lot.

 

Workout: Would You Rather…? Go around PAX...Each take a turn.  Whatever their choice, that is the exercise you do)

1st Set (ARMS) … 10 Bicep Curls OR 10 Overhead Press

WOULD YOU RATHER…

·         Do 100 push up’s or 300 sit ups?

·         Eat only broccoli or spinach with every meal?

·         Complete a workout without drinking water or without eating food all day?

·         Never sweat during a workout or never feel sore after a workout?

·         Have strong arms and weak legs or strong legs and weak arms?

2nd Set (LEGS) … 15 Squats OR 15 Curtsey lunges

WOULD YOU RATHER…

·         Have an insanely mean personal trainer and have immediate results or a super sweet personal trainer and see results after a few months?

·         Eat whatever you want and be forced to exercise every day or have a strict diet but never have to exercise?

·         Work out in a nudist gym or take a class next to someone with bad B.O.?

·         Give up cheese or chocolate forever?

·         Eat pizza for breakfast every morning or eat pancakes for dinner every night?

3rd Set (ABS) … 20 Plank Shoulder Taps OR 20 Bicycles

WOULD YOU RATHER…

·         Constantly smell pungent BO every time you set foot in a gym or never be able to shower after working out ever again.

·         Get an unpicked wedgie every time you exercise or work out forever without being able to use headphones.

·         Do burpee exercises for 2 hours straight or lift heavy weights for 30 minutes while you have raging diarrhea.

·         Have to workout surrounded by people who grunt obnoxiously and as loudly as possible with every rep or have to work out surrounded by people who are all talking on their phones while working out.

·         Be forced to workout every day in used, sweaty, stale gym clothes, or be surrounded by a bunch of strangers watching you workout every day.

                     Thread the Needle (both arms)

                     Downward Dog

                     Stand/Bend…hang like Ragdoll

                     Stand and breath arms up and around
