Song 1: Squats/Bicep curl and Press
Cardio (1 minute): Skaters
Song 2: Diamond Pushups/ Arm fly
Cardio: Butt Kickers
Song 3: Single leg squat to plank walk out / switch legs
Cardio: Jumping jacks
Song 4: Curls in stationary lunge/ skier tricep extensions
Cardio: Mountain climbers
Song 5: Single leg deadlift (with hop if able)/ switch (weight in opposite hand, slight bend in knee, don’t go all the way to the ground, back flat)
Cardio: Froggers
Song 6: Around the world planks (front, side, side, back)
Cardio: Run to last light pole, sprint back
Song 7: Carolina Dry Docks/ Row the Boats
Cardio: Walk to last light pole
