 The Thang: 

Warm up:  Standing

• 10 small, 10 medium, 10 large arm circles-forward 
• 50 high knees
• 25 jumping jacks
• 10 small, 10 medium, 10 large arm circles-backward
• 50 high knees
• 25 jumping jacks

Partner Workout:  RELAY and PLAY!

• One speed walks to 2nd pole and back with weight held over head while other stays behind squatting with weights on shoulders…switch or “tag” your partner…repeat 3x (6 total laps) 
• 10 back-to-back weight passes with partner…back and forth by twisting to pass. 
• 10 patty-cake big girl sit-ups
• 10 patty-cake planks (switch tapping right hand and left)
• Repeat partner relay 3 laps (6 total) 
• 20 back-to-back weight passes with partner 
• 20 patty-cake big girl sit-ups
• 20 patty-cake planks

**Repeat as time allows**

Cool Down:  Mat

• Stretch out on mat lying flat…arms above head, feet stretched out…breathe.
• Sitting up…legs in front…breathe in and on exhale stretch to touch toes/ankles/knees. Repeat 
• Sitting in butterfly…breath and feel the stretch.
• Legs spread out…side to side…stretch over to the right, hand OVER head…repeat on the left side.
• Lie flat, belly on mat…head looking on either side…rest/breathe…repeat looking other direction
• Thread the needle on knees
• Cat/Cow
• Childs pose
