The Thang: Today was Wacky Tacky Wednesday! We worked from bottom-to-top while listening to a Halloween playlist! We did 7 exercises starting with legs, then 7 exercises focusing on our butt, 7 exercises focusing on abs, and then we ended with 7 exercises focusing on arms. 40 seconds on, 20 seconds rest with a 1 minute rest in between sets. 

Legs: lunge dips (one side), lunge dips (other side), speed skaters, calf raises, Frankensteins, inner thigh lifts (one side), inner thigh lifts (other side).

Butt: bridge step-outs, fire hydrants, knee sit backs, table toe taps (one side), table toe taps (other side), squats, bear flies

Abs: raggedy Anns, squat twist crunches, dead bugs, leg lifts, Russian twists, sit-ups or LBCs, Spider-Mans

Arms: bicep curls, tricep dips, shoulder taps, push-ups, Carolina dry docks, side-to-side planks, press backs.

 

We walked a lap around the church as our cool down. Circle of trust and picture rounded us out. Thanks ladies!
