PAX: Vanilla (Respect), Yachty (Respect), Sunset (Double Respect), Disciple (Double Respect), Coach (Double Respect)

The Thang: We walked around Fairfield and completed exercises at each corner. We started with squats, then press backs at the next corner, calf raises and then jumping jacks. We sang happy birthday to Coach who turned 61! We channeled our inner super heroes and completed 100 squats and press backs. We also completed 75 reps of calf raises and jumping jacks. Thank you so much ladies! You're all super heroes to me!
