The Thang: We met at Pearson Park and went down Gordon Street to head to the courthouse steps for some exercises. We went back to our '30s' by doing 30 reps of each exercise: 

  • Tricep dips or press backs
  • Lunges
  • Calf raises
  • Jumping jacks
  • Squats
  • Raggedy Anns
  • Butt kicks
We then continued down our regular route, to Vernon and then back down Herritage and back to Pearson Park. Thanks ladies!
