Hip sway (swing arms in front) 2. Side to side twist, arms up to the sky 3. Arms shoulder height, out side to side pointing toes 4. Front leg kicks while walking (bring arms up) at the end of second lap 5. Diagonal knee raises-arms up and down (Left leg) 6. Diagonal knee raises-arms up and down (right leg) 7. Point toes out to the side bringing arms up and in front 8. Alternate Arms overhead. Toe tap At the end of third lap 9. Side knee raises, arms up/elbow behind leg (left) 10. Side knee raises, arms up/elbow behind leg (right) 11. Same side 1-2 Butt kicks. Bringing arms up and to the side 12. Alternate Step up knee raises Walk last lap. We finished with 2.22 miles, Yay!!!
