5 minutes of 10 set rounds: kettle bell swings, should press, raggedy Ann’s 

2 burpees at each minute  

Walk a lap and run a lap

5 minutes of 10 sets: squats, chain pulls, hillbillies

2 burpees at each minute

Walk a lap and run a lap

5 minutes of 10 set rounds: sumo squats, curls, standing crunches

Walk a lap and a cool down lap

COT and prayer
