The Thang:
Warm up
"Turn and Burn" (interval training) - The PAX spread out around the loop ("track") and jog or walk in the same direction. One PAX runs the opposite direction at a higher intensity until they reach the next PAX. They tag hands and the one that was going at a lower intensity turns and goes the opposite direction at an increased pace until they reach the next PAX. The one that tagged her turns to go the same direction as everyone else, and lowers her intensity. We went for 7 minutes.
Leg Work (modified as needed) -
Single leg good morning
lunge
Single leg squat
5 on each leg of each exercise, then jog a lap. 2nd set add a calf raise, 3rd set add a jump.
Mat Work-
stretching & core with lots of added grass
