Legs close x10, legs out a little furtherx10, legs all the way outx10 2. Yachty ~ Bulgarian Split Squats-10 each leg and 10 traveling lunges (alternative reg. lunge) 3. Sweet Tooth ~ Knee ups (on top of table or seat) x30 4.
