Side Step Bicep Curl 3x, Plie Overhead Reach 3x, Cross Body Punch 3x, Frog squat leg lift 3x (the last one switch legs at 15 seconds), Alternating Squat twist Press 3x, Do 2 side steps and press 3x, Alternating High knee lateral raise 3x, Squat Butt Kicks 3x, Travel Butt Kicks with weights 3x front of mat to back of mat (hold weights in fronts of you close to chest), Alternating 5 pulse plie 3x, Right Knee drives alternating punches 3x (punching with weights), Left Knee drives alternating punches 3x (punching with weights), Alternating Back tap overhead press 3x (with weights), Chair pulse squat bicep curls (with weights) 3x, Chair pulse squat arm raises (with weights) 3x, Around the world lunges (lunge around perimeter of circle) 3x, Cardio Kicks with weights (weights up, touch side of foot) 3x, Jacks 3x (cross arms in front bending at knee, arms all the way up), Alternating Curtsy bent arm lateral raises (with weights) 3x, High knee press (with weights) 3x, Squats (sumo squat, on tip toes, press arms back) 3x.
