Adding a Little Sparkle to our Week

Location: Battleground with Ruck

PAX: Flossy, Coach, The Force, Tinker and Minnie

 We started out with a little rain, but as we moved so did the clouds. 

We rucked about 1.5 miles to the music park and back. At the music park we did 5 exercises in sets of 20s. 

Exercises:

Squats, Imperial Walkers, Back Press, Kickbacks and Chest Press


We closed out in prayer by Flossy and CoT.
