Q: The Force

Warm-up: In standing position, we lifted our arms overhead and then bent down into a forward bend. Then we did side bends, triangle pose, and then a wide leg forward bend.
Workout: We alternated between a workout pyramid and a stretching pyramid and did 2 rounds total. The workout pyramid consisted of 10 push-ups, 20 squats, 30 mountain climbers, 40 high knees and 50 jumping jacks. Rest for 30 seconds and then we went back down the pyramid (50 jumping jacks, 40 high knees...).
The stretching portion consisted of holding poses for a certain amount of time up the pyramid and then switching sides down the pyramid. For 25 seconds, we held a low lunge twist with the right knee bent in front, the left hand next to it and then we twist to the right. 30 seconds, we sat with the right leg bent and the left leg extended in front and then bent forward reaching for the left foot. 35 seconds, we did a twist on our backs, bent knees to the right, head turned to the left. 40 seconds we held pigeon pose with the right leg in front. 45 seconds we did thread-the-needle on our backs with the right leg bent over the left knee. Back down the pyramid, we switched sides holding the same poses but on the left side. This also served as our cool down. COT, announcements, picture.
