Cool-O-Rama: Walk to the mosaic wall and back. Since FiA regions are in the training week preparing for the Olympics, tonight was “Timed Plank Tuesday.” This was a lot of fun and we pushed ourselves hard! Our winner with 2:02:07 was STRIKE OUT!!!! Way to go girlfriend, you rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!
