The Thang:
Warmup -soccer warm up: jog and active stretching
3 Minute Froggers - with a partner to count and encourage. Do as many froggers as you can in 3 minutes. Frogger: from plank position bring feet up outside of hands and back down to plank.
Eye Contact Elimination- in a circle all PAX hold plank position. When Q says up, each looks at another person in the circle. If that person is looking back at you and you make eye contact the 2 of you are out and go run or walk around the group. If no one makes eye contact the game continues until there are 1 or 2 winners. We held a plank, air squat, crab, raggedy Ann, and v-up position.
Lexirades- basically charades with the FiA Lexicon (names for the exercises). 2 Teams, 1st player bear crawl (or lunge) to pull a name from the cup. They start performing the exercise while the rest of the team guesses the name. If they don't know what it is they can come back to the group and figure it out together adding 5 team jumping jacks as a punishment. When the exercise is guessed, the whole team performs 20 of the exercise. Then the next player goes to the cup for their turn.
Cool down- stretching on the mat
