Disclaimer & Explanation of Stack the Deck

The Thang: 

    The crew took off for a 2 mile ruck from Fairfield Park.  At each intersection (there were a total of 15) a PAX had to draw a card.  If a card was a diamond, PAX had to do squats, if it was hearts, they had to do jumping jacks, if it was spades they had to do raggedy anns, and if it was clubs they had to do calf raises.  The quantity was based on the number on the card.  Jacks counted as 11s, Queens as 12s, and Kings were 13s.  At each stop, PAX had to do the new exercise, plus each of the previous exercises (ladder). If PAX drew an ACE they did all the previous exercises, and then jogged to the next stop instead of rucked.  If a joker was drawn, they had to do 5 burpees and then each of the previous workouts.

Cards were drawn and exercises were as follows:

    6 jacks (6 of hearts)

    6 raggedy anns (6 of spades)

    7 jacks (7 of hearts)

    Ace - Jogged to next stop

    19 squats (3 times in a row, we drew diamonds)

    4 raggedy anns (4 of spades)

    Ace - Jogged to next stop

    3 squats (3 of diamonds)

    8 calf raises (8 of clubs)

    12 raggedy anns (Q of spades)

    5 calf raises (5 of clubs)

    2 jacks (2 of hearts)

Cool down - slow walk to the park
