Workout in the Woods

Q: Hurricane and Whole Grain PAX: The Force, Herbie The Workout: We warmed up with standing stretches and then Hurricane led us in 5 min of cardio, alternating walking and running to get our heartrates up. Then we made great use of the picnic tables as we did step-ups and pushups on them. We also did speed and agility drills on the edge of the concrete. We cooled down with stretching, and finished up with announcements, COT, and prayer.
