Q: Whole Grain and Hurricane

Warmup with Hurricane: Arm circles, bending leg stretches, etc.
The Workout: Frisbees!! Three 15-minute rounds of one person throwing the frisbees to other members. Receiver got to choose 1 out of 3 exercises from the frisbee. Missed catches required extra exercises -- Round 1: butt kickers, Round 2: hammer curls with weights, Round 3: Raggedy Ann's. After 3 rounds of choosing exercises from the frisbees (and doing all 3 exercises on every frisbee!), we finished up with a 3-minute Armageddon.
Cool down: Hurricane led us in moving stretches -- walking down the sidewalk and returning to starting position with various leg/body stretches along the way.
