Schoolin' Life-Monday Ruck/Walk

Workout: We left Pearson Park and went down Gordon Street then took a right at Herritage Street, crossed the street towards Queen St. At the courthouse, we did a few exercises: tricep dips, step-ups, reverse lunges and jumping jacks; 30 each (or 15 on each side to equal 30 reps). Then we continued our ruck/walk down Queen to McDonalds then back down Herritage and back to Pearson Park. We walked a total of 2 miles and completed 120 reps of exercises. We ended with COT, announcements and pic.
