The Thang:

Rotate 3 exercises for the duration of the song with no rest period

Warm up:  "Boogie Shoes"  butt kick, cross punches. seal claps

Core:  "Dance Monkey"  row the boats, LBC and swimmers

Take a lap around the parking lot

Legs:  "September"  standing fire hydrants, high knees and courtesy lunges

Take a lap around the parking lot

Arms:  "Firework"  tricep dips. overhead claps and plank shoulder taps

Take a lap around the parking lot

Legs:  "Let's Grove Tonight"  squats, calf rises, fast up/down on curb

Cool down:  stretch what you need to stretch
