- Check for flat back

- The 100

- 45 degree leg lifts (20)

- Full leg lifts (20)

- Knees to chest in between

- Pull, pull switch (25)

- Roll ups (25)

Lap Around Church

Pilates Legs-

- Leg lifts (toe pointed up, flexed down) 20

- Inner thigh lifts (20)

- Leg Triangles

- Repeat on opposite side

- 20 mule kicks (slow)

Lap Around Church

Pilates Arms

- Press up into 1/2 cobra (20)

- Alternating swimmers

- Full superman (hold for 20)

Stretch
