Legs:  "Rockin' into the Night" 4:01min  right leg - lying on left side, bring right leg up to chest and extend out and back, inner thigh lifts, firer hydrant an leg lifted air circles

            "Photograph" 4:07 min  Repeat on left leg

Arms:  "Don't Stop Believin'"  4:08 min  Armageddon 

Core:  "Dance Monkey" 3;28  row the boat, swimmers, fluter kicks and plant shoulder taps

Cool Down:  "Redeemer" 4:00 min various stretches
