The Workout: We kept it simple again and went for distance. I admit, I was tired from Field Day earlier so I'm saving the hills for another day. Anyway, we walked from Fairfield up Greenbriar, turned on Anne, then Meadowood and back down Greenbriar to finish up at just over 2 miles. Thanks for joining me tonight ladies!
