Q: The Force

PAX: Warrior, Elevate, Capt. Camo

Warm-up: We walked a lap around the church. 

Workout-1st and 2nd round: We had 5 stations, 1 minute on, 30 second rest. The first set of exercises were side-to-side lunges, fire hydrants, run/walk/jog to the 2nd light pole, shoulder presses to pec press, and reverse lunge hip dips. We completed 2 rounds of this circuit and then had a minute rest. 

3rd and 4th round: We had 5 new exercises for rounds 3 and 4 starting with bicep curls, raggedy Anns, table toe taps/leg lifts, shoulder taps, and speed skaters. We completed 2 rounds of this circuit. 

Cool down: Starting in kneeling, low lunge position, we brought the arms up overhead into a back bend, exhaled forward straightening the front leg into a forward bend, placed one down on the mat next to the front bent knee and twisted, back into a forward bend, reached for the back leg into an axial extension, back into a forward bend, brought the front bent leg out to the side for a lateral bend and ended with a forward bend. We repeated the same sequence on the other side and then rested in child's pose.
