The Thang:

Warm up movements and stretching

Jump squat countdown:

One partner does arms while the other runs to the other sidewalk to do jump squats, then runs back to switch.

1st round 10 JS (jump squats)/ SL (single leg) shoulder press (until your partner returns)

2nd 8 JS/ SL chest squeeze

3rd 6 JS/ SL arm circles

4th 4 JS/ SL overhead claps

5th 2 JS/ SL tricep extensions

Core and Strength Work on the Mats

Turn and Burn Intervals:

Walk or jog around the loop with a partner that keeps a similar pace. Each pair starts at a different point on the loop, spaced out. One pair starts by going the opposite direction as fast as they can till they reach the next pair. Tag them and turn to go the "correct" direction at a slower pace. The pair that was tagged turns and burns (goes as fast as they can till they tag the next pair)... Keep going for 10 minutes.
