Bridges to Paradise

So proud of these ladies tonight. We left Pearson Park and off we went headed to the Ironclad Market Place. According to Plan My Route, we did a total of 2.54 miles, but if you ask everyone what they got on their exercise watches, some recorded the same, some recorded more. Oh well, who cares, we were making ourselves 1% better. Along the route, we met some very friendly people that pushed us on. We stopped at the Music Part for 25 push-ups. On the first bridge, we needed a little rest so we did a 60 second wall sit (low as you can go). Boy, this stop was a doozy, I think we all forgot how to count, but we had fun trying. When we got to the next two bridges, we did the side shuffle to the right at the first, at the second bridge we did the side shuffle to the left. We finally reached our destination, The Ironclad MarketPlace. We hydrated and did 25 jumping jacks, and we were off again. When we got back to the second bridges, we decided to do the wall sit again. We wanted to prove that we really could count, so another 60 seconds of rest. We found a shady spot almost back at the Music Park and did 25 toe taps. We moseyed some more, stopped again and did 25 step-ups with back kicks, of course we had to do a total of 50 altogether, I mean we couldn’t cheat ourselves. We got back to the gazebo and thought that would be a great place to take a picture, so we did. COT. Name-o-Rama, and Flossy ended us with a prayer. Well, some of us thought that was the end. By the time we got back to our cars, Rat-a-Tat had 2.85 on her watch. We were so close to 3 miles!!!!! So Rat-a-Tat, Herbie, and Yachty kept running and hit 3 miles. YAY!!!!!
