2 minute warmup to "RESPECT"

1 minute/each exercise in the set

Legs: All on one side: laying side leg lifts,  laying side cross under thigh lifts, fire hydrants, hamstring curls

Gallup to 3rd light pole and back

Core:  double up sit ups (partners), partner push downs (one person on the mat the other standing above their partners head and pushing their legs down), bicycle side sit ups, plank

Skip to 3rd light pole and back

Arms:  forward punches, hooks, upper cuts and combo of all three

Run to 3rd light pole and back

Legs:  Repeat first round but on opposite leg

Grapevine to 3rd light pole and back

Cool down with yoga stretches
