Tabata Supersets: 4 sets of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest (cardio) and 3 sets of 30 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest (strength); 2 minute jog after strength sets
Burpees & high knees (cardio)
Upright rows & overhead press (strength)

Jump ropes & jacks (cardio)
Lunges & air squats (strength)

Shoulder taps & jump squats (cardio)
Planks & LBCs (strength)
