Frisbee Fun

Thank you God for stopping the rain just long enough for us to enjoy the beatdown by Yachty. We all went to the BattleGround II, but we actually worked out beside the shelter instead of under it. After all, we did want to play with our frisbees!! I was so proud of Sweet Tooth and Pinky Chef. Sweet Tooth led the warm-o-rama and Pinky Chef led the cool-o-rama. We're getting closer to them doing a full VQ!!! The beatdown: Each frisbee had (3) excercises written on the back of them. Each PAX threw them to each other, whoever was the receiver called out the excercise. But you know this group, it isn't a workout if we don't do laps, so we lapped aroung the Farmers Market first. So while we did several, well many excercises, the best were "Pass the frisbee" (if you dropped it you had to do (5) push-ups, if you ended up with (2) frisbees in your possession, you had to do (5) push ups. The second best was "Laying down, and passing the frisbee backwards." Great ab workout, especially when you add the laughing. Coach (double respect), Ballerina, Pinky Chef, Sweet Tooth (respect), and Q- Yachty (respect) had a great time!! We ended with COT, and of course a fun and silly picture.
