The Thang:  Three minute warmup.....grapevines, butt kicks, good mornings, arm circles


Facing a partner at about 100’ apart 

After each exercise, meet partner in the middle for 5 back lunges/toe tap with partner 

Repeat 2 rounds

10 Brandon Ingram’s  

10 push-ups or 20 push backs 

20 LBC or row the boats 

20 count plank

15 count windmill 

20 scissor kicks


15 minutes guided yoga

Sitting cat-cow

Sitting side twist

Sitting side stretches 

Pigeon pose

Laying side twist
