5 years ago on March 23rd, the world lost an incredible soul. She was 20 years old and she was in a tragic car accident.  She was vibrant and full of life, and her mother, who I to this day consider a very dear friend, has been living with the unimaginable weight of loss for the past 5 years.  As we planned her funeral, we committed ourselves to live for Viv, and have been doing so ever since.  This workout is dedicated to her.  Each of the 5 songs chosen embody her, and every exercise is 20 reps for each of her years with us.  Please consider praying for people who lose children every single day.  Pray for your own children.  Pray for your own life, that you make the most of each day you are given.  And be thankful for this time, these women, and our lives in general.
