Let's Mosey around for Fun!

Tuesday 1/26/2021 AO: The Battleground Loving Beatdown by: Yachty PAX: Hurricane, The Force, Herbie, Green Thumb, Sunrise 2.0: Cookie Monster 1 & 2, Cowboy and Mario FNG: Pinky Chef and Ballerina MOSEY Adventure Warm-O-Rama: Big front bear hugs bending knees, alternating toe touches, alternating overheads, large front arm circles toe tap to the side, repeat going backwards with arms We moseyed to our 1st stop which was to the benches by the Battleship - Using the benches we did the following, completing Two 1 minute rounds of each exercise for a total of 2 sets.  Dips  Step Ups or bench Jumps  In and Out Push Ups (on the ground or using the bench) Of course we had to mosey back to the stage for some more exercises. We planned on doing 2 sets, but we were only able to get in 1 set with each exercise timed at 1 minute  Plank Wall touches or individual plank with high fives  Single leg Wall Squat 1 minute each leg  Squats We had to break it up a little bit, so we moseyed over to the playground – We planned to have a gun show, but we were running out of time so we did Happy Jacks (5 jumping jacks in cadence then 2 jump squats) total of 25. We had a lot of laughs here, trying to keep 2.0’s from going on the playground and not going over our limit so Herbie wouldn’t pass out. We had to moseyed back to the stage for 1 minute rounds of the following exercises:  1 min Plank  1 min per side Standing or laying down Ankle Reaches  1 min Plank  Alternating Hillbillies (Hands behind the head, bring elbows to same side knee) We weren’t done yet, we had to get our squats in and that is what we did to the song, “This Girl is on Fire”.
